Dave Austell is the Communications
Director for the Christian Discipleship Training Center. He has
twenty-five years of business experience in banking, investment
portfolio management, estate planning, wealth management, and personal
financial planning.
He has led national business marketing
campaigns, written for a business and a Christian magazine, produced a
daily radio show, has been an entrepreneur in several start-up
businesses, and served as the development director for The City Rescue
Mission. He has provided leadership for several Christian outreach
programs in the North Florida community. He currently serves as a
marketing advisor for the Empowered Parent, a Christian ministry
for enhancing parenting skills.
Dave is a native South Carolinian; a
graduate of The Citadel; and served as a US Air Force officer. He has a
Masters Degree from Central Michigan University, and in the fall of
2006, he will complete the Masters Degree in Christian Ministry offered
by the CDTC.
Dave and his wife Marcheta live in the
Avondale area of Jacksonville.
